Cascading Learning and Tweeting – HRD 2011
System overload following two days at CIPD’s Learning & Development Conference HRD 11. I spent half the night thinking and the rest dreaming about coaching, systems thinking, whether appraisals are a thing of the past, that a definitive definition of OD remains beyond reach and a multitude of other stuff – not to mention wondering why a full man-size angel had come to visit. The Serengeti Watch have launched a new online petition.
It asks the government of Tanzania to accept support for an alternate southern route, and also to accept the offer by the German government to develop roads for local communities.
