Cascading Learning and Tweeting – HRD 2011

System overload following two days at CIPD’s Learning & Development Conference HRD 11. I spent half the night thinking and the rest dreaming about coaching, systems thinking, whether appraisals are a thing of the past, that a definitive definition of OD remains beyond reach and a multitude of other stuff – not to mention wondering why a full man-size angel had come to visit.
